Warranty

LANForge, LLC. (“Company”) hereby provides this Limited Hardware Warranty (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of a custom-built personal computer system (“Product”) purchased directly from the Company.

This Warranty is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below and is subject to all disclaimers and exclusions herein.

LANForge, LLC. warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the Customer.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions in this Warranty, LANForge, LLC. will repair or replace defective hardware with new or functionally equivalent parts. Round-trip shipping within the U.S. is covered.

This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or overclocking.
• Accidental damage, liquid damage, fire, or environmental damage.
• Normal wear, cosmetic defects, or customer-installed components.

To request warranty service:

• Contact LANForge, LLC. and provide proof of purchase & issue details.
• Complete troubleshooting steps as instructed.
• Use the prepaid return label provided by LANForge, LLC.

Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or equivalent. Repaired components are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LANForge, LLC.’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. LANForge, LLC. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty offered. Implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed by law.

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in Duval County, Florida.
